- Dining Duration: Standard table allocations are two (2) hours for parties of 1–4 guests and two hours thirty minutes (2.5 hours) for parties of 5 or more guests.
5. Westminster Sanctuary Hotel Suite Bookings & Residency Rules
Overnight suite reservations at our Westminster Sanctuary (14 St. James's Square, London SW1Y 4JU) are governed by the following house rules:
- Standard check-in commences at 15:00 GMT/BST on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 noon (or 13:00 for Colloidal Gold Penthouse residents);
- All registered suite guests must be aged 18 or over and present a valid credit/debit card and photographic identification upon check-in;
- The Westminster Sanctuary Suites and subterranean marble hydrotherapy spa are strictly non-smoking and non-vaping environments, with designated heated outdoor cigar terraces available on the rooftop pergola.
6. Cranbourn Street Casino Admission, Dress Code & Conduct
While The Hippodrome Casino and Heliot Steak House operate a welcoming West End policy with no membership fee required for general entry, management reserves the absolute right to refuse admission or require any person to leave the premises without stating a reason, in accordance with common law and UK licensing regulations. Smart casual or evening attire is required; tracksuits, sportswear, sleeveless vests, and soiled workwear are not permitted in Heliot Steak House or the Matcham Salon Prive.
7. On-Site Electronic Slot Cabinets & Table Gaming Rules

We understand that travel and West End theatre schedules may change. Guests may cancel or amend a Heliot Steak House table reservation up to six (6) hours prior to the reserved sitting without penalty. For large private dining bookings (7+ guests) or Westminster Sanctuary Suite reservations, cancellations made less than forty-eight (48) hours prior to arrival may incur a cancellation fee of £40 per diner or the first night's suite tariff respectively.
10. Intellectual Property & Acheson Colloids Heritage Trademarks
All original design architecture, classless CSS code, bespoke multi-frame hotel collages
(collage-hotel-grandeur.webp, collage-heliot-gastronomy.webp,
collage-suites-wellness.webp), colloidal graphite and brushed gold emblems, and editorial
copy on achesoncolloids.com are protected by United Kingdom copyright, design right, and
trademark laws.
11. Acceptable Digital Use & Cybersecurity Prohibitions

13. Limitation of Liability & Consumer Rights Act 2015
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any statutory rights you hold as a consumer under the United Kingdom Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Hotel Proprietors Act 1956. Subject to the foregoing, achesoncolloids.com shall not be liable for indirect or consequential business losses.
14. Force Majeure & Central London Operational Continuity
Neither party shall be liable for any delay or failure to perform hospitality obligations where such delay results from events beyond reasonable control, including Westminster state ceremonial road closures, Transport for London network suspensions, utility failures, or statutory public health directives issued by HM Government.
15. Governing Law & Exclusive Jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales
These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim (including non-contractual disputes or claims) arising out of or in connection with them or your visit to achesoncolloids.com, Heliot Steak House at The Hippodrome Casino, or the Westminster Sanctuary Suites, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and Wales. Both parties irrevocably agree that the Courts of England and Wales in London shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any such dispute.
